The inception of MaanKi Thali is born out of a vision to provide a warm and homely food eating experience.Back in 2020, the pandemic ceased daily lives globally and people were struggling to find access to quality homemade food. In an attempt to do our bit towards those craving the comfort of homemade food, Kinjal Darji kickstarted our tiffin service in Mason, Cincinnati.

The meaning of food in India is not simply limited to timely meals.Rather, an effort is made to offer a wholesome eating experience by presenting a palette that contains different flavors in one plate and satisfies every taste bud. This palette is popularly termed as "thali" in India and offers sweet, sour, salty, astringent, bitter, and spicy dishes in one place.
